Rossell Tea Ltd. (The Company), having its Registered Office at Jindal Towers, Block ‘B’, 4th Floor, 21/1A/3, Darga Road, Kolkata-700 017, India, was incorporated on June 10, 1994. The Company immediately after its incorporation took over Dikom, Nokhroy and Borahi T.Es. (all located in the State of Assam), earlier owned by Rossell Industries Ltd., the successor company of Jokai India Ltd., established in late 19th century and well known for owning the best properties in Assam. Jokai was well known mark in the tea industry for its quality for a long time.
